Menopause Massage

Designed to help you manage both your physical and emotional reactions to your menopause, this gentle massage therapy is based on care and compassion.

At all times, it is gentle and non-invasive. A light pressure is used throughout, with slow and steady movements to help the body to relax.

As well as relieving anxiety, pain, fatigue and nausea.

Menopause massage techniques include Effleurage, Petrissage, Vibration, Rocking, Tension Release Stretches and Pressure Point techniques.

As well as offering massage therapies at my private therapy room for ladies only in my St Annes home, I also offer a mobile service for ladies and men (by referral) throughout Lytham St Annes, visiting you within your own home.

Rachel - Private Therapy Room, Relaxing Hands

Try a Reflexology and Massage Package for an extended 90 minutes or 2 hour session.

For example:

90 minutes: 1 hour reflexology session and a 30 minute back, neck and shoulders massage or a 1 hour body massage and a 30 minute foot reflexology session or a 30 minute natural uplift facial massage or Indian head massage combined with a 1 hour body massage or a 1 hour reflexology session
2 hours: 1 hour foot reflexology and 1 hour body massage
